I wish I could take one of the pictures I have of Gabbie and age her. I wish I could see what she would be like now. She'd be five. On Tuesday she would have been headed off to kindergarten with her backpack and lunch bag. She'd have picked out her favorite outfit. Many of my friends who were pregnant at the same time I was with Gabbie will be sending their babies off to school on Tuesday. I find it hard to picture it. She isn't here. How would life have been if I hadn't had to hold her perfect little still body?
S is a freshmen this year.
